Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

· We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. 

· To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags still attached. Items that are damaged have pet hair, odor, or stains of any kind will not be refunded back.



· To start a return, you can contact us at, and put “RETURNS” in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

· Please allow us 2 days to review the item after we receive it. After we have inspected it, we will email you to let you know whether your return has been accepted or denied.

· You can always contact us for any return questions at



· Unfortunately we are not able to generate a shipping label for orders outside of the US. You will be responsible for any shipping fees.

· We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 48 hours for order to be process and packed. After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent via email to the email address provided during checkout.

- Due to the unique challenges surrounding Covid- 19, all shipping timeframes are estimates.

- If you submitted the wrong address at checkout, please email us immediately as we are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. 

Standard Shipping- Free on orders of $75+ (2-4 business days after processing)

Standard Shipping under $75- $8.00 (2-4 business days after processing)

Express Shipping- $25.00 ( 1-2 business days after processing)

International shipping is calculated at checkout. Love & Rina Boutique is not responsible for any additional duties or import taxes that you may incur while shipping internationally. Also, due to the customs process, international orders may take up to 7- 21 days to deliver

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you must file a claim with USPS/UPS or your local police department.
