POLICY
· We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return.
· To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags still attached. Items that are damaged have pet hair, odor, or stains of any kind will not be refunded back.
HOW TO RETURN
· To start a return, you can contact us at returns@shoploveandrina.com, and put “RETURNS” in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
· Please allow us 2 days to review the item after we receive it. After we have inspected it, we will email you to let you know whether your return has been accepted or denied.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
· Unfortunately we are not able to generate a shipping label for orders outside of the US. You will be responsible for any shipping fees.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
· Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
· We do not offer exchanges.
· If you would like to make an exchange, please make a new order for the item you would like to have, and then follow the steps above to return the exchanged item.

REFUNDS
· We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
